The Chocolate Martini |

3tbsp. Bellagio Sipping Chocolate
(please follow recipe on tin,
substituting milk
for the Half & Half)
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Irish Cream Liquor
1/2 oz. vanilla syrup Ice
Combine ingredients in a martini shaker and shake until mixed and cold.

2 tbsp. of Bellagio Sipping Chocolate
1/3 cup of steamed milk
2 oz. shot of espresso
Dissolve Sipping Chocolate
into the steamed milk.
Add espresso.

Chocolate Chunk Brownies |

Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Pour mix into bowl
Add 2 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix well and spread into 8 x 8 greased pan
bake 20 - 25 minutes
Cool in pan before cutting
Moist and rich chocolate brownies made with milk chocolate morsels make the perfect
Valentine Treat.
Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make each piece special!

Chicken Olive
Quesadilla |

2 Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
8 flour tortillas
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Dirty Martini Cheese Ball
(available at Beautiful Things!)
1 jar roasted red peppers- sliced.
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 25 -30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool, then shred chicken with a fork.
Spread a generous helping of Dirty Martini Cheese Ball onto 4 tortillas.
Top with chicken and red peppers.
Place remaining tortilla on top and bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

Caramel Apple Stuffed Pork Chops |
|
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
2 cups finely diced Granny Smith apples
3 cups stale or toasted diced bread
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Cinnamon Bun Caramel
Dessert Sauce & Dip

1 tbsp minced parsley
salt & pepper taste
6-8 pork chops
olive oil
In a large mixing bowl combine butter, celery, onion, apples, bread, Cinnamon
Bun Dessert Sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
Season pork chops with salt & pepper.
Cut
a pocket in side of each pork chop.
Spoon stuffing mix into each pocket Heat
oil in frying pan.
Sear stuffed chops on each side then place in a 400
degrees oven for 20 - 22 minutes
